Job Title: Records Assistant (Several No Experience Jobs)

Fins Medical University (FMU) has a long history spanning from 2010 when it started as a Nurses and Midwives Training College for certificate and diploma programs. Fins Medical University is a University licensed and regulated by the National Council for Higher Education.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving, registering and classifying correspondences.
- Filing classified information.
- Routing correspondences to responsible officers for action.
- Auditing records and registers to ensure proper data bank.
- Scheduling disposal of unwanted records and information.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma in Records and Archives Management (DRAM), diploma in Records and Information Management (DRIM) or Diploma in Library and Information Management (DLIS) from a recognized institution.
- Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (A Level) with at least one principal pass.
- Computer Skills using various packages.
- Skills in usage of various office Equipment such as Photocopiers, Scanners and Audio-visual equipment.
- Working experience of at least three years shall be an added advantage.
