Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Seating Guests
- Taking Orders
- Serving Food and Drinks
- Upselling and Recommending hotel services and products
- Maintaining Cleanliness
- Handling Payments
- Providing Excellent Customer Service
- Collaborating with Kitchen Staff
- Adhering to Health and Safety Regulations
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Previous Experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Teamwork
- Attention to Detail
- Physical Stamina to be able to stand for long periods of time
- Multitasking Abilities
- Knowledge of Food and Beverages
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Basic Math Skills
- Training in Food Safety and Hygiene
