Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing the delivery of tax consulting services to a wide range of clients
• Managing multiple relationships and ensuing client satisfaction
• Oversee the compliance management process and adapt to challenges in the process
• Developing and growing team members
• Pro-actively identifying opportunities to grow the business.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• CPA Uganda certification
• At least five years of experience in a tax consultation environment
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Flexible approach to challenges
• Extremely high professional standards
• Excellent written and spoken English.
