Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the delivery of tax consulting services to a wide range of clients
- Managing multiple relationships and ensuing client satisfaction
- Oversee the compliance management process and adapt to challenges in the process
- Developing and growing team members
- Pro-actively identifying opportunities to grow the business.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- CPA Uganda certification
- At least five years of experience in a tax consultation environment
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Flexible approach to challenges
- Extremely high professional standards
- Excellent written and spoken English.
