Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Examine bank statements and reconcile them with general ledger entries
- Create and supervise implementation of budgets
- Compile all financial data comprehensively including creating company management and financial reports with the above information included
- Analyze data to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue
- Examine the proficiency of the software programs used to organize data
- Compliance with all company, local, national and regional accounting and financial regulations.
- Present data to managers, investors, and other entities.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Keep informed about current legislation relating to company finance and accounting.
- Assist management in the decision-making process through budgets and financial forecasts.
- Track key performance indicators and partner with different managers to reach departmental and overall company goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, develop and implement solutions.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
- CPA Level 3 preferred
- Four years of professional accounting experience
