Job Title: Senior Accountant

Origin Products SMC Ltd, brand name (Enimiro Uganda) is a private limited company having offices located in Kampala, Kangulumira, Rubirizi, Sironko & Kapchorwa Districts specialized in agricultural organic production of coffee, pineapple, bananas and vanilla. We aim at doing business while positively influencing the lives and livelihoods of farmers around our various projects with modern farming techniques as well as promoting organic farming.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related
- Three years of experience in a related role and worked for one of the recognized auditing firms
- The applicant must have completed CPA or ACCA
- Experience in preparation and presentation of financial statements
- Auditing and financial reporting skills
- Proficiency in planning, organizing, and coordinating budgets
- Risk management skills
- Computer literacy with excellent knowledge of accounting software especially Tally
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of tax principles and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of international Financial reporting standards (IFRS)
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
