Job Summary: This is a full-time Sales Team Leader role at Black Knight Africa. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing and leading a sales team, ensuring successful sales performance, and achieving sales targets. The role will involve day-to-day activities such as overseeing team members, providing guidance and training, monitoring sales activities, analyzing sales data, and communicating with customers.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- At least three years of related work experience
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
- Proven experience in team management and leading a sales team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and build relationships
- Sales skills and the ability to drive sales performance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant experience in the security systems or IT industry is a plus
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the local market in Kampala, Uganda, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
