Job Summary: The Quickteller Regional Team Lead (North) will lead and manage a team of trade development representatives to achieve regional sales targets and objectives. It involves developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance, providing coaching and guidance to team members, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team. To drive sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds sales goals while adhering to company policies and standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
- Coordinate agent supervision by establishing sales territories, quotas, and annual goals.
- Analyze statistics gathered by staff to determine business potential, inventory requirements, and customer preferences.
- Establish training programs for Trade Development Representatives.
- Develop plans and strategies to attain company sales and agent management goals and set profitability targets, as well as to expand the customer base.
- Staff and direct the sales and agent management team in the region, providing leadership towards maximum profitability and growth.
- Track monthly customer additions to the pipeline to increase sales.
- Prepare action plans for the agent management team for effective prospect search.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly reviews with all members of the agent management team to improve sales, supervision, and activity performance.
- Provide weekly/monthly feedback to the Head of Financial Inclusion regarding performance.
- Maintain and share accurate records of all agent supervision and activity reports submitted by the territory teams.
- Perform market visits to understand trade dynamics and keep the sales team informed.
- Manage distributors in the region.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A good degree in Sales & marketing or Sciences from an accredited University
- At least three years of experience in Agent Management and sales
