Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Segmentation – Lead on quantitative analysis to refine our customer segmentation and to test hypotheses about our customers’ behaviour and how they interact with our products.
- Data-Driven Experiments – Collaborate with product managers and user researchers to formulate well designed product experiments or A/B tests on how we could drive desired outcomes around adoption, retention and engagement with our digital financial services products.
- Analytics & Machine Learning – Partner with analytics engineers and data scientists to continuously up-level our data capabilities and ML models, ensuring we have the data required to drive fast feedback loops between initiatives and results.
- Insights – Deliver insightful presentations that help shape commercial decisions in our FinTech group.
- Problem Solving – Research and advise on complex business problems that affect our repayment cycles and customer retention.
