Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement and Supply Management.
- Technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Railway Procurement Materials.
- Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain (3 years and above).
- Fluency in any of the following languages: Luganda, Swahili, or other regional languages
