Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcoming Visitors: Greet visitors courteously, ascertain their needs, and provide assistance as required to ensure a positive experience.
- Handling Communications: Manage incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and professionally, directing them to the appropriate department or individual for resolution.
- Customer Support: Provide product information, answer inquiries, and address customer concerns with efficiency and empathy, striving for swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office environment, including reception area, meeting rooms, and common spaces, to uphold a professional image.
- Appointment Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely communication to all parties involved.
- Administrative Support: Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient office operations.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals and handle inquiries professionally.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications for administrative tasks.
- Organization and Time Management: Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer Service Experience: While customer service experience is preferred, candidates demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction will also be considered.
