Job Title:  Customer Service Representative (Fresher Job Opportunities)

The 3-star St Stevens Suites Entebbe Hotel, located within 25 minutes’ walk of Entebbe Crafts Village Souvenir Store, features Wi-Fi throughout the property. While staying at the aparthotel, a first aid kit and fire extinguishers are available for guests to use.

Job Summary:  As a Customer Service Representative at St Steven Suites, you will be crucial in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. You will be the face of our hotel, providing friendly assistance and personalized service to guests throughout their stay. From handling inquiries and reservations to addressing concerns and facilitating special requests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and requests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to delivering superior customer service

 




Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant should have relevant qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Professional appearance and demeanor
