Job Summary: The Claims Officer assists in timely processing of claims for General Insurance Risks.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Registering new claims /losses as and when they occur.
- Issuance of Discharge vouchers.
- Provide high quality customer service throughout the claims process.
- To offer assistance to the claims function.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business related course.
- A Diploma in Insurance is an added advantage.
