Job Summary:  Reporting to the Head of SCB Partnership, the Bancassurance Sales Executive will be responsible for managing relationships and provide sales support tom the bank staff and financial sales consultants. As the ideal resource for this role, the successful candidate will be an ardent team player, with excellent sales, coaching and training skills, detail oriented with high standards of quality, strong work ethic and integrity.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Relationship Management

  • Sales support: Sales activation, Train all frontline on products knowledge, selling skills and soft skills, Branch visit, performance tracking, performance reports, Training video production to help front line sell.

After sales support (Customer service Management).

  • Lead support i.e. in designing implementing & monitoring activities such as sales incentives, strategy etc.
  • Delivering periodic governance & performance reports as agreed with SCB.
  • Organise and support stakeholder engagements and meetings as agreed with SCB.
  • Support clients’ events.
  • Tracking Marketing spends against budget.

Other duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by management





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or Banking
  • At least two years of relevant sales experience, financial institution is preferred.
  • Excellent relationship management, people, problem solving and organisational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent coaching & training skills
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with diverse personalities, cultures, and business practices inherent to an international organisation.
  • Operates with high standards and integrity.
  • Ability to multi-task, and be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
