Job Summary: The Marketing Executive will provide operational support to marketing activities/promotional events
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Undertake assigned research tasks to collect and analyze data on market conditions including competitor activities and present findings to inform marketing.
- Benchmark and design product promotions for approval by Company Management and participate in campaigns and awareness events to ensure corporate identity and increased visibility of company.
- Analyze Customer Service enquiries by customers for unattended needs/issues and provide speedy response(s) for good customer.
- Develop marketing communications and brand messages to improve customer education and exposure to company.
- Conduct basic research to measure the impact of company marketing and promotional activities on market access and sales.
- Attend regular business forums to learn what is trending in the infrastructure sector and potential market.
- File and retrieve documents.
- Prepare monthly/periodic.
- Perform any other assignments as directed by Management.
- Responsibility of physical assets(custodianship)like: promotional materials, Laptops.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing.
- At least two years of previous relevant work experience
- Experience working in a marketing or PR agency.
- Communications skills.
