Job Summary: The Manager, Trading will oversee the Asset and Liabilities position with a view to optimize the value of the bank’s resources and implement controls as per Bank policy to ensure that risks associated with Asset and Liability are managed. the The position holder will be charged with the management of the Bank’s Foreign exchange and interest rates in line with the Equity Bank’s business growth strategy.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant for the Equity Bank job must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business-related field from an accredited institution.
  • ACI Dealing Certificate is a must.
  • Six years of progressive experience in treasury /financial markets trading.
  • Knowledge of foreign exchange markets and trends of major currencies
  • Thorough understanding of the local and international financial services industry.
  • Financial analysis Skills: Ability to analyze market information and provide structured solutions.
  • Analytical business and investment appraisal Skills: Able to provide advice and cause/effect evaluation to support business decision making.
