About US:
Spartan Security Limited, is a newly formed security group registered with the Ministry of Internal Affairs under the laws of the government of Uganda and it will be operating in any part of the country.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing
- Handle employee relations
- Performance Management
- To oversee employee training programs
- Responsible for designing and administering compensation and benefits packages,
- Ensure that the organization complies with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with organizational goals & values.
- To maintain employee records & performance evaluations.
- To contribute to the development of strategies that support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
- To oversee employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
- To mediate conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
- To support organizational growth & change by implementing initiatives such as restructuring. mergers, or acquisitions.
- You may be assigned any other duty from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal applicant must hold a University degree or Diploma in Human Resources, B.A or related fields
- At least three years of experience in specific HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management
- Must be a Ugandan Citizen.
- Presentable with good communication skills.
- Proficient with organizational Skills
- Good problem-solving & analytical skills
- Good with inter-personal skills.
- Proper Knowledge of Employment Law.
- Good Ethical conduct
- Good Leadership skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Age: 24-35 years
