Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field.
- An HR certification is a plus.
- At least five years working as an HR Manager
- Candidates with HR experience in Community Based Organizations (CBOs) will be shortlisted.
