Job Summary: As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering rejuvenating spa treatments and ensuring an atmosphere of tranquility for our guests. We are seeking an individual with a holistic approach to wellness, exceptional technical skills, and a genuine commitment to enhancing the overall spa experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Spa Treatments
- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other therapeutic services.
- Tailor treatments to meet the individual needs and preferences of each guest.
Guest Consultation
- Conduct thorough consultations with guests to understand their wellness goals and any specific health considerations.
- Provide recommendations on suitable treatments and at-home care.
Customer Service
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for spa guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about spa products and services, promoting and upselling additional treatments and retail products when appropriate.
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of spa products and supplies.
Cleanliness and Hygiene:
- Adhere to strict cleanliness and hygiene standards in the treatment rooms and spa facilities.
- Ensure that all equipment and tools are properly sanitized and maintained.
Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other spa team members to ensure a seamless and harmonious guest experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and stay current with industry trends.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Certification or diploma in spa therapy or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in a reputable spa or wellness center.
- Strong knowledge of various spa treatments and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for promoting health and well-being.
