Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accurate inventory management, including smartphones, and accessories.
- Conducting regular stocktaking to ensure inventory accuracy
- Tracking sales performance and analysing trends
- Providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in product selection and addressing inquiries.
- Generating insightful inventory analysis and reports.
- Collaborating with other departments for pricing strategies, and operational issues
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma in accounting or business administration
- One year of experience in either accounting or business administration
- Detail-oriented individual with a knack for managing stock
- Proficient in analysing sales data
- Ability to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Strong team player with effective communication skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- (Female, 20-24 years)
- Ability to work extra hours as required.
