Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support in the prequalification exercise
- Procurement documentation and filing
- Coordinating the packaging and distribution of branch procurements
- Updating the procurement tracker
- Coordinating with finance over purchase orders and supplier payments
- Sharing of purchase orders with suppliers and coordinating the delivery of items
- Supporting in other procurement related activities such as sourcing for quotations, order placements, etc
- Receive, inspect and distribute orders
- Support in stock taking exercise for company inventory
- Maintain good relationships with suppliers and renegotiate prices on a regular basis
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor or management
