Job Summary: The Marketing Analyst at SafeBoda will be responsible for driving customer retention, and loyalty through data-driven insights and strategies. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from SafeBoda’s products and services, and understanding customer behavior, trends, and competitor analysis to guide marketing activities and inform product development.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Retention Strategy:
- Develop and execute customer retention and loyalty strategies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and usage patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer retention objectives.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize customer success initiatives and drive business growth.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to inform marketing and product strategies. Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers.
- Review customer escalations and develop eective solutions in collaboration with the Customer Success team.
Customer Communication and Advocacy:
- Act as a customer advocate within the organization, representing the voice of the customer.
- Communicate product updates, enhancements, and best practices to customers.
- Provide regular feedback to the marketing, product, and BI teams on customer needs, preferences and trends
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Track and measure key customer, retention, loyalty and engagement metrics.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer retention KPIs to stakeholders.
- Analyze and report customer and competitor trends to inform marketing and product strategies.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related Business field or its equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer retention &Loyalty, account management, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, data analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
