Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive cash from customers or pay to vendor.
- Enter the data for the day on the day of payment or receipts.
- Re-verify of physical cash counting to ascertain the correctness of value and to verify whether the currency is genuine.
- Cash Tallying with books on daily basis along with Outlet Sales Manager.
- Making payment vouchers in books and SAP.
- Keep cash received under safe custody.
- Empirically update customer databases and submit on a weekly basis.
- Monitor appropriate product display in wholesale outlets is at eye contact level.
- Participate in sales promotion activities including trade fairs and sales campaigns.
- Any other duties that maybe assigned from time to time by the Outlet Sales Manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration. A bachelor’s degree related business courses is an added advantage.
- Two years of experience in similar role
- Ability to work under minimum supervision in carrying out assignments to completion.
- Effective Verbal and written communication skills
- Professional personal presentation.
- Customer service orientation skills.
- Considerable ability to adhere to prescribed routines and practices; and compose effective and accurate correspondence.
- Dealing with non-routine matters, such as special projects, with minimum specific instructions.
- Decision making skills is required.
