Job Title:   Client Growth Consultant (Fresher Jobs)

Organisation: Unifi Africa

Duty Station:  Kampala, Uganda

Reports to: Branch Manager

About US:

Unifi is a fast-growing financial technology company currently operating in Zambia, Tanzania and South Africa and most recently Uganda. Unifi Uganda delivers personal lending products from branch-based channels, utilising internally generated software and lending products backed by internal IT and data analytics teams.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing activities

• Work hand in hand with the branch to meet new client targets
• Suggest creative direct marketing activities for the branch.
• Support the branch with all marketing activities.
• Attend branch morning meetings and work with the branch to strategize and ensure effective weekly marketing plans
• Run presentations and activations to drive Client growth.
• Seek new clients and develop clientele by working by networking and generating a list of prospective clients and follow up on leads.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Prior work experience in direct marketing and sales. A university degree is preferred but not required.
• Excellent organisational and multi – tasking skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
• Result oriented, focused and confident.
• A team player with a customer – oriented approach.
