Job Summary: The Financial Analytics and Reporting Manager is responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting and internal control.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly group reporting and covenant reporting
- Design analytical reports that would provide full transparency over reported figures with drill down possibility
- Manage yearly budgeting process for 4 business lines: bikes, mobile phones, driving school, EV battery swapping business
- Design and implement control over variances vs budget
- Prepare different presentations for management related to actual monthly results, budgets, forecasts, specific projects;
- Manage specific projects assigned by the management.
- Participate in investor relationship management by gathering information, responding to different investor requests;
- Advise management on weaknesses in monthly reporting and suggest corrective actions;
- Lead implementation of new policies and procedures;
- Be part of implementation of Internal Audit findings.
- Assist in work with internal and external auditors
- Other responsibilities as may be requested from the management from time to time.
