Job Title: Officer – Agency Services (Entry Level Jobs)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Operational
- Assist in processing new policies, policy changes, renewals, and terminations accurately.
- Agent Support: Provide administrative support to agents.
- Assist in tracking and recording agent incentives.
- Maintain and update data related to agency operations.
- Provide Branch/Agency Infrastructure Support.
- Assist in monitoring agent performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support marketing initiatives aimed at promoting life insurance products.
Corporate Governance
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies, ensuring compliance in all aspects.
- Implement robust data protection and privacy practices, safeguarding customer information.
- Participate in audits and internal control assessments.
- Stay updated with insurance regulations and underwriting best practices.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, Marketing or any other related course
- Diploma in Insurance will be an added advantage
- LOMA/CII/IIK Qualification will be an added advantage
- Two to three years of experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of retail life and pensions products, policies, and regulations.
