Job Summary: Double Q Company Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Claims Officer to join our dynamic team. The Claims Officer will be responsible for efficiently processing and managing insurance claims, ensuring timely resolution, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate insurance claims to determine coverage eligibility.
- Investigate claim validity by gathering and analyzing relevant information.
- Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders to obtain necessary documentation and information.
- Review policy terms and conditions to ensure accurate claim processing.
- Assess damages and losses, negotiating settlements within established guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of claims processing activities and communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex claims issues.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in insurance claims processing or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software.
