Solarika Energy, a fast growing company in the solar energy industry, is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Accountant and Inventory Manager. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and financial statements.
  • Monitor inventory levels, reconcile inventory records, and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory management processes and minimize stock shortages or excesses.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review and decision-making.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business operations and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline accounting and inventory management procedures and implement best practices.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.





Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least two years of relevant experience in accounting and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience in accounting software Quick books or Zoho books preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with solar energy industry terminology and concepts (preferred).
