Job Title: Project Officer – Income Generation and Job Creation (3 Job Opportunities)

Job Summary: The Project Officer shall be responsible for Implementing initiatives to boost income generation, job creation, and access to green jobs by members of vulnerable households.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project Management
- Coordinate Income generation initiatives.
- Coordinate green skilling and Jobs’ creation.
- Stakeholders Engagement, Networking and Collaboration
- Maintain an up-to-date database of CMSG and green skills participants.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, agribusiness, rural development, and vocational education.
- Three years of work experience in implementing Climate-smart agriculture, village savings and loans groups, savings and credit organizations, microfinance, and vocational skilling.
- Fluency in the Luganda and English
- Good knowledge of government community development programs.
- Basic monitoring and Evaluation skills.
- Strong networking, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills are a must.
