We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Officers to join our expanding team. As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in helping us empower individuals and businesses by providing access to financial services and opportunities for growth.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients to offer our microfinance products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and excellent customer service.
- Open financial saving accounts for clients.
- Assess clients’ financial needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of loan applications and other financial transactions.
- Actively participate in promotional activities and community outreach events to increase awareness of our services.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Microfinance, Business Administration or any related business course.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the financial sector/Fresh Graduates with the desired qualifications mentioned above are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Luganda is an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Passion for making a difference and helping others achieve financial stability.
- Age: Between 20-30 years.
