Ufundi Bora Furniture Ltd deals in general woodworks, carpentry and joinery using different materials like hardwood timber, MDF Boards, Metal, Aluminium and many others to make all types of wood products ranging from classic home furniture to executive office furniture and fittings and also products for commercial and industrial purposes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifies the primary concerns, long-term strategies, and targets to be assigned to the team members.
- Oversees the sales squad’s initiatives to reach objectives and generate realistic, consistent outcomes.
- Develops the product sales blueprint, a set of standards for sales associates to conform to, encompassing lead filtering and deal modeling.
- Writes the annualized plan, a framework for action articulating how a business will generate sales over a specified timeframe.
- Develop and implement staff retention strategies
- Develops a Sales Manual, a handbook outlining the recommended practices for each form of sales engagement.
- Defines a sales model consisting of a technique or collection of techniques that must be consistently provided to salespeople to analyze and boost sales.
- Guides sales personnel to function efficiently by capitalizing on their passions and capabilities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should preferably hold a bachelor’s or associate’s degree in marketing, sales, or a related profession.
- It’s vital to have sales experience.
- Has sound business judgment, all-around commercial awareness, and sales skills.
- Solid interpersonal, communication, and customer service capabilities.
- Potent leadership qualities.
- Exceptional organizational, creative, and resource management capabilities.
- Above average people skills/soft skills (includes listening skills, stress management)
