Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of Three (3) years experience in Civil and construction works.
- Broad knowledge and understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
