Job Summary: We are currently recruiting experienced Senior Completion/ Well Engineer Services on behalf of a major international Company
Location: Uganda Onshore
Start Date: 01/09/2024
Duration: 31/08/2026 24+ months
Dimension
To support 8 rigless units (slickline, coiled tubing, pumping, well testing) after first oil.
Reporting line in organization
Head of Completion & Well Engineering
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of lower Completion contract (10 M$/year).
- Participate in detailed engineering studies of 6 difference completion designs to be implemented on 430 wells over 4.5 years operation.
- Assist in preparation of well intervention programs (50 work over per year) and rigless intervention programs (50 interventions per
- year).
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Petroleum Industry MSc (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum 4 year of experience with ESP systems is compulsory’
- Driven, good team spirit and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good communication skills and an aptitude for taking initiatives are essential, as is the ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to manage the relationship with key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of result deliveries in challenging project environments
This job will be on Resident basis
