Job Summary:   This is a volunteer remote role for a News Reporter Uganda. As a News Reporter, you will be responsible for reporting news, writing articles, creating press releases, and practicing journalism. You will contribute to timely and accurate coverage of events and developments in Uganda.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Reporting and News Writing skills
• Experience in writing press releases
• Strong writing and journalism skills
• Knowledge of Ugandan politics, culture, and current affairs
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-
• quality content
• Proficiency in conducting research and fact-checking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Passion for promoting African voices and challenging stereotypes
