Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the publicist’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Charged with managing correspondence, handling emails, and organizing files.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as drafting correspondences, handling emails, and organising emails
- Conduct research and compile information as needed.
- Liaise with clients, media contacts, and other stakeholders.
- Provide general support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
