Cipla Quality Chemical Industries Limited (CiplaQCIL) is East Africa’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturer and one of the largest in Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA). The Company manufactures antiretrovirals, artemisinin-based combination therapies (ACTS) and, Hepatitis medicines, to treat HIV/AIDS, Malaria, and Hepatitis respectively.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Degree in Pharmacy plus a post graduate diploma in marketing or business studies.
- Five or more years of relevant experience preferably in a pharmaceutical or FMCG environment.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in business acumen.
- Self-starter, flexible and able to work well under pressure.
- Extensive relevant networks.
