Job Title: Health Care Assistant/Nursing Aid (Fresher Jobs)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- To assist in patient care and other ward-related duties as directed by, and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in the unit.
- He/she will work closely with the team of qualified nursing staff to ensure continuity of patient care.
- Keep up-to-date with ward, and hospital developments and changes.
- Adhere to hospital policies and protocols.
- Learn and update new skills as necessary, work-based training, e.g. manual handling, Work in accordance with organizational policy, procedures and strategy.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Certificate of training as a nursing assistant.
- Previous experience as a Nursing Auxiliary within the hospital setting, or in a Care Home.
- Good interpersonal skills. Able to perform personal care for patients. Can read and write and is able to document care to a good standard.
- Pleasant personality, ability to work well in a team, has high level of commitment and flexible.
- Good communication skill and ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team.
