Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphics Designer to join our team. This role involves creating visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate our clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong graphic design background, be proficient in design software, and possess a portfolio that demonstrates their creativity and ability to communicate messages through design.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and produce marketing materials including, but not limited to, advertisements, brochures, logos, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to define design requirements and ensure alignment with Webale’s branding strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to keep our brand fresh and engaging.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability, and originality.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate your design decisions.
- Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
