Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Business Development
• Relationships Management
• Scheme Compliance
• Market Research and Competitor Analysis

Key Deliverables

• Meeting set new business development Targets and Retention.
• New customer management/ Ensuring new customers are onboarded.
• Monitor all tender requests and ensure accurate and timely submission, update on tender status and reasons for future reference.
• Contribute to the growth of pensions business by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and generating referrals.
• Ensure customer inquiries and complaints are promptly and effectively resolved within the required timelines

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, Marketing or any other related field.
• Diploma in Insurance.
• Two years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Dedication to understanding and meeting customer needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
