Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Business Development
- Relationships Management
- Scheme Compliance
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis
Key Deliverables
- Meeting set new business development Targets and Retention.
- New customer management/ Ensuring new customers are onboarded.
- Monitor all tender requests and ensure accurate and timely submission, update on tender status and reasons for future reference.
- Contribute to the growth of pensions business by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and generating referrals.
- Ensure customer inquiries and complaints are promptly and effectively resolved within the required timelines
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, Marketing or any other related field.
- Diploma in Insurance.
- Two years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Dedication to understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
