The Human Resource Managers’ Association of Uganda (HRMAU) is a membership body of HR Practitioners with an aim to promote the status and professional standing of members, foster people-driven organizational transformation as well as provide a forum for discussion & communication for the benefit of the human resource management practice in Uganda.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed set monthly targets for Revenue & Membership growth.
- Make regular field visits to clients and potential clients.
- Promote talent development and client engagement through administrative support.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Organizational Psychology or HR related field required.
- One year of professional experience
