Job Summary: The Analyst – CVM MoMo and Inbound Channel will be tasked with planning, implementing, maintaining, and commercializing inbound marketing channel initiative to drive voice, data and digital revenue growth as well as mobile money commercial function with analysis and insights.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and implement comprehensive inbound strategies and initiatives to drive new business opportunities, and manage channel expansion.
- Creating, managing, and executing inbound initiatives across all available channels like USSD, App, Web, queuing system and digital channels.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness for each channel marketing efforts and adjust as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as design and product, to create cohesive marketing campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on new marketing technologies and techniques.
- Provide training and support to team members on inbound marketing best practices and tools.
- Measuring the effectiveness of inbound campaigns against agreed key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct market and competitor research, and develop strategies based on those findings.
- Develop and implement advanced models and instruments that drive business growth and reduce revenue exposure.
- Own the development and implementation of value propositions, programs, and projects to ensure growth and profitability of inbound marketing channel.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on the impact of inbound campaigns and initiatives.
- Perform Mobile money analysis & propose actions to reduce churn, growth RGS and product uptake/penetration across the different product line

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Actuarial Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Business computing or Commerce

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple data sources efficiently.
- Demonstrated leadership in predictive and heuristic modelling within a large organization.
- Telecommunication experience is an added advantage.
