Job Summary: The Officer, Forex Outward Payments will handle all telephonic, email and fax queries relating to merchant statements (e.g., paid or unpaid invoices / debtor age analysis), merchant remittances and general merchant enquiries (e.g., updates merchant banking details, etc.) for payments received. To contact merchants in order to obtain outstanding invoices as detailed on the VIP report supplied by the Fleet system.
