Job Summary: The Brand & Marketing Manager is responsible for the execution of all marketing plans for PostBank and its sister brand Wendi. The Brand & Marketing Manager will be responsible for growing both PostBank and its Digital Financial Services brand equity and value through overseeing all marketing efforts across all channels.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive Product, Marketing and Service strategies in line with the Bank’s business objectives to augment the Bank’s market position.
- Manage end to end process for all media campaigns, as well as execution across all media channels inclusive of TV, Radio, Digital, Print, and Paid Social.
- Manage brand studies and consumer research on products and services and recommend changes on the Bank’s strategies based on results and findings.
- Ensure the ambience / branding of the branches, Wendi Agents is in line with the Bank’s vision with frequent brand audits for quality control.
- Drive new ideas and day to day marketing department operations.
- Creation and placement of advertising that is in support of the bank’s initiatives through media planning, creative development, metrics, market research, and vendor management.
- Ensuring that all branding programs are aligned with the overall business objectives and that they are optimized and relevant to multiple audiences.
- Design, and document scalable processes that enable the marketing team to be more effective in their daily work and drive alignment within the department.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or a related field
- Post Graduate qualifications is an added advantage.
- Professional qualifications in CIM/ CIPR are an added advantage.
- At least seven years of experience in marketing, with experience in leading teams.
- Knowledge of the Bank’s Policies, Processes and Procedures relating to products and Brand management.
- Knowledge of the Bank’s business model, its strategy and all of its products and services.
- Good sense of customer behaviour and solid grasp and interpretation of the market environment.
