Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Talent Development Support:
- Plan, organize and co-ordinate TD team meetings or meetings with other entities or Metier reps (invitations, logistics, tools, required documentation, Minutes etc.).
- Launch interim performance review process for staff changing jobs
- before job change with current Manager for assessment
- afterwards with new manager for objectives setting)
Staff Mobility Process
- Job Posting & Interviews: track results of job posting and interviews and
- International Assignment: Prepare documentation for staff going on international assignments and Cross-posting:
- Prepare documentations for personnel going on Secondment
- Prepare Managers Appointment memo’s when required.
Data Management & Reporting
- Carry out regular data cleaning/update to ensure accuracy of the employees’ data on HR4U
- Maintain shared files and team documents in SharePoint
- Provide staff information and analysis from the job posting database to the Talent Development team.
- Update cluster information for joint TD team reports hosted on TEAMs:
- Prepare weekly and all other reports and analysis required by the Talent Development cluster being supported
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any other related field
- Experience: 3- 5 years, knowledge HR tools, policies and practices.
- High level of Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; Excel, Word and Power point.
- Strong skills in Data Analysis and Reporting.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of local labour markets and employment law regimes
- General knowledge of Oil & Gas operations.
