Job Summary: The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, building and maintaining relationships with key contacts and developing and implementing strategic sales plans.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans
- Managing relationships with the clients
- Organizing and leading key account meetings
- Ensuring that sales objectives are achieved
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities
- Providing ongoing support to clients
- Resolving issues and providing solutions to clients
- Providing timely and accurate forecasts
- Collaborating with the internal sales team
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration or related field
- Three years of related work experience
