About Prequalification:
Imagine Her is in the process of prequalifying service providers and suppliers for the period of 2024-2026 and invites applicants from CREDIBLE and COMPETENT firms/Individuals for the prequalification exercise as described below
CATEGORY A: GENERAL SERVICES
- Hotel services within Luuka, Kaliro, and Fort Portal (Accommodation, hall hire, and meals) Outside Catering Services within Luuka, Kaliro, and Fort Portal
- General merchandise (bulk printing, photocopying, and designing of t-shirts, reflector jackets, travel mugs, payment vouchers, receipt books, and other organizational branded materials, reusable sanitary pads materials, etc.)
- Provision of internet services.
- Provision of security services
- Electrical and Plumbing services
CATEGORY B: GENERAL SUPPLIES
- Stationery(assorted)
- Printer and photocopier toners/Cartridges.
- Janitorial supplies(assorted detergents). Office Furniture
CATEGORY C: SOLAR SUPPLIES
- Batteries
- Panels
- Lighting
- Wiring
- Solar racks
- Light stand holders
CATEGORY D: COMPUTERS, CAMERAS, PHONES, PRINTERS, AND PHOTOCOPIER MAINTENANCE AND ACCESSORIES.
- Computer and accessories supply
- Phones, tablets, and accessory supply
- Computer servicing
- Tablet holders
- Photocopier servicing/maintenance and repair.
- Phone repair
- Cameras, lenses, and accessory supply
CATEGORY E: VEHICLE AND MOTORCYCLE SERVICING, REPAIR AND SUPPLIES
- Vehicle repair and maintenance/servicing
- Motorcycles supply(Bajaj CT and Boxer) and riding gear
- Motorcycle servicing and repair
CATEGORY F: VEHICLE HIRE
- Car/vehicle hire to up-country operational areas
- Small car (Saloon)
- Medium car, e.g, Noah, Drone
- Mini Bus/Coaster
CATEGORY G: CONSULTANCY SERVICES
- Monitoring & Evaluation
REQUIREMENTS
COMPANIES
All the applications should include:
Company profile, physical address, and list of technical personnel with their curricula vitae
- Current Trading License
- Memorandum/articles of association
- Certificate of registration or incorporation certified by the Registrar of Companies
- TIN Certificate
- Tax clearance and VAT Certificate
- Form 20 certified by Registrar of Companies
- Bank statements for the last three months
- Audited accounts for the last two financial years
- Evidence of experience in similar work/ Recommendations from previous clients at least (2)
- List of current clients
- Should be based in our areas of operation ie Kabarole, Luuka districts and Kampala metropolitan area.
REQUIREMENTS
INDIVIDUALS
For Individuals, they should accompany their expression of interest with the following;
- Trading license or evidence of permission to operate such a business
- Copy of National ID
- URA TIN
- Bank accounts details
- Letter from the LC.1 confirming your place of residence
- Evidence of similar works done/ Recommendations from previous clients Should be based in our areas of operation ie Wakiso, Kabarole, Luuka districts
PROCEDURE
The completed application form should be clearly marked with the company or individual name and category of interest, enclosed in a sealed envelope, and addressed and delivered to;

All interested company’s/individuals should pay a non-refundable fee of UGX.50,000=per category via Airtel Money Pay; Merchant ID – 1243905. NOTE
- All current suppliers are encouraged to re-apply
- The prequalification documents /forms with detailed information shall be obtained from our head office in Seguku-Katale upon submission of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of fifty thousand shillings (shs.50000)
- The prequalification forms shall be obtained between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on working days.
- The deadline for issuing/picking the prequalification forms is 31ST JANUARY 2024
- The deadline for the submission of both physical and electronic prequalification forms/documents is 16TH FEB 2024
- The received application prequalification forms/documents shall be opened on 23rd Feb 2024.
