Job Summary: The Office Assistant will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining office. He/ she will stock closely with the Finance and Administrative Assistant to ensure general cleanliness and maintenance of the office.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of O’ Level certificate with a good command of the English language
- At least one year of experience working in a similar position
- A good command of the English language
- Ability to maintain the highest degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Most be detail oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills
- Honest, reliable and trustworthy
- Willingness to adhere to and implement COSEKE Uganda Limited rules
- Good interpersonal skills
