Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
- Maintaining an accurate record of sales, scheduled customer appointments and customer complaints.
- Screening and enrolling qualifying phone customers.
- Calling potential customers to explain company products and encouraging purchases.
- Answering customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to relevant departments.
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting customers.
- Analyzing competitors, products, and procedures for better delivery by Mogo Loans SMC Limited.
- Following up on clients that fail to pay in time as instructed by DC Manager.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field business course.
- Knowledge in the Phone business.
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills (e.g., Excel)
- Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
