Job Summary: To further develop the market potential in Uganda, we are expanding our team with a dedicated marketing person that knows their way in (online) marketing! We have a team and office in Kampala and plan on growing this team further in 2024.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Support our marketing lead in setting up new marketing campaigns for different countries in Africa, including:
- Streamlining the processes around the marketing campaigns
- Creating content for marketing campaigns (Meta and Google ads)
- Analysing and reporting on the performance of the marketing campaigns
- Improving the performance of the campaigns based on reporting insights
- Support the team on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok)
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Master student with relevant background and experience in (online) marketing
- Experience in housing or real estate is a plus
- Affinity with sustainable and affordable housing
- Strong proactive and autonomous approach
- Familiarity with Meta, LinkedIn, X and Google Ads
- Proactive and assertive mindset
- Experience with content creation
- Not afraid to call and mail new people and organisations
- Fluency in English, both written and verbally
