Job Summary: The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for data collection and data entry of all production related activities.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collecting data for the preparation of Batch Production Reports (BPR’s)
- Preparing BPR’s on timely basis and entering BPR data in production dispatch book.
- Reconciliation of BPR; s with stock team whenever required.
- Entering BPRs Data in SAP
- Preparing Over time for production department
- Preparing shift schedules for production staff.
- Preparing list of health and safety requirements for production staff when required.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Degree in any business-related field
- Knowledge in Microsoft Packages is a MUST.
- Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.
- Good computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills
- Pays attention to details
