Job Summary: The Front Office Assistant will provide customer service and keep the office running smoothly.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: As front office assistant in Uganda, you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Provide customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone / email
- Financial administration
- Assisting in bookkeeping
- Preparing online payments
- Keep office files and other documents organised
- Support the office staff with any questions, including IT and other technical issues
- Ordering needed office supplies
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should have relevant qualifications
- At least three years of relevant working experience in front office management
- Experience in housing or real estate is a plus
- Experience in providing customer service
- Affinity with sustainable and affordable housing
- Strong proactive and autonomous approach
- Experience with IT and solving computer related issues
- Not afraid to call and mail new people and organisations
- Fluency in English, both written and verbally
- Based in Kampala
